Shipping Information

At Ninja Pyrate we aim to take fire spinning and flow toys to the next level - making professional quality carbon fiber fire spinning equipment and flow props. The Evolution of Revolution!

Shipping Info:

  • Please remember that we are a small 3-person family business, and that delays do happen.
  • Whenever possible, we try to ship orders within 1-10 business days after the order is received. We usually ship orders Tuesday through Friday. We do not ship over the weekend.
  • Shipping time is not guaranteed.
  • Expedited shipping does not affect order fulfillment time.
  • When your order is packed and labeled, you will receive a tracking email at your provided email.
  • The package should be picked up the next business day, but delays happen. Depending on the carrier, pickup day may (USPS?) or may not (UPS) count as the first shipping day.
  • USPS Priority usually takes 1-3 business days in the USA from the first shipping day.
  • UPS Ground usually takes 4-7 business days in the USA from the first shipping day.
  • UPS 2nd Day Air usually takes 2 business days in the USA from the first shipping day.
  • USPS Priority Express and UPS Next Day Air usually take 1 business day in the USA from the first shipping day.
  • Estimated shipping prices are available in your shopping cart.
  • If you need an order by a certain date, please email us to find out if we can accommodate your request.
  • All orders are shipped with tracking and insurance. This covers lost or damaged packages and does not cover packages marked as delivered. It is up to the customer to make sure that the delivery location is secure. Once your product is marked delivered to your shipping address, Ninja Pyrate will not be held responsible for any theft after your package has been delivered. 
  • When packages are addressed as ordered and returned by the shipping carrier or customs, shipping refunds are not given. Shipping must be paid for again in order to be reshipped. 
  • International orders may incur duties fees in accordance with the laws of your country which you may have to pay before delivery. We are not responsible for these fees and do not know the laws of every country and advise you to contact your local duties office if you have questions. 
  • International orders may be delayed in customs for unknown reasons. We have no control over customs and cannot rush this process. Ninja Pyrate will not be held responsible for packages lost at international customs.
  • If your order is not received within 10 business days from receiving tracking information, please let us know. We will then submit a missing mail request which may take up to 30 days. If you have not received your order by then, we will offer a replacement or refund.
  • We travel to festivals throughout the year which can occasionally cause short delays due to travel and stock shortage, but we will email you if we expect your order to take more than 20 business days to ship.
